Hola! I'm Elena, a physical therapist from Madrid turned holistic healer. My journey began in a private clinic where I realized my patients needed more than just physical treatment – they needed emotional support too. This was synchronistic in my life, as I also went through a period of physical acute pain that ended up being emotional and mental. And this is how I started my holistic journey. 

 

But I soon realized that to truly help others, I had to heal myself first. Guided by a powerful dream, I traveled to San Francisco to study energetic healing.

 

Over the past four years, I've delved deep into my own healing journey, emerging happier and more aligned than ever.

 

Now, I'm here to help you find your light. Whether you're struggling with physical pain or feeling lost and unhappy, let's embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing together. If I can do it, then you can do it too!
